Just a few months after joining Kingfisher Business Centre, we’re delighted to celebrate an exciting milestone with one of our tenants, Alchem Partners, as they expand into a larger office within the building.
When Alchem Partners moved into Floor 4 earlier this year, they were a team of just two people embarking on an exciting new chapter. Following a company rebrand in January and a fresh vision for the future, they chose Kingfisher Business Centre as the home for their growing recruitment business.
Fast forward to August, and their success has led to rapid expansion, with their team set to double in size. Rather than facing the disruption of relocating, Alchem Partners were able to take advantage of the flexible office solutions available at Kingfisher Business Centre by moving into a larger office within the same building.
Our team worked closely with them to ensure the transition was as smooth and straightforward as possible, allowing them to focus on what matters most – continuing to grow their business and welcoming new members to the team.
Speaking about the move, Alchem Partners said:
“Our company was given a fresh face in January as we rebranded and took ‘New Year, New Me’ to a whole new level. Floor 4 within Kingfisher became our base as a humble team of two. Fast forward to August and our staff count is set to double. We approached Kingfisher to look at options within their existing building to upsize, which their team kindly accommodated with a smooth transition period. We may have picked one of the hottest days of the year to move, but we pulled through, fuelled by ice lollies and caffeine, and very much look forward to welcoming our new staff next month.”
